 In pursuit of this mission, we are hiring an Universal Preschool Guest Associate Teacher. This individual will help ensure the safety and success of students in the Universal Preschool program. Universal Preschool Guest Associate Teacher build relationships across school sites working to support teachers in ensuring that students are engaged and supported during lessons, and interact with parents and families. They are flexible as this position requires them to fill in vacant spots as needed across the Universal Preschool sites.

   Learn and grow by incorporating feedback from school leaders, colleagues, students, and professional development sessions

They are a crucial component of a school team.

GSRP Noon Assistant (Cavanaugh)

In pursuit of this mission, we are looking to hire a High School Interventionist (Math Certified).</div>
<div>We are seeking a highly motivated and certified High School Academic Interventionist with an endorsement in Mathematics to join our secondary education team. This role is ideal for a passionate educator who excels in building relationships, is well-organized, and is committed to providing personalized academic support to students in grades K-5. The Academic Interventionist will play a key role in helping students meet academic benchmarks through a combination of in-person and online support.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications - Education &amp; Certifications</b></h3><ul>
<li>Valid Michigan teaching certificate with Math endorsement (K- 5 or secondary).</li>
<li>Must be EX Certified.</li>
<li>Familiarity with online learning platforms, especially Edgenuity, or willingness to be trained.</li>
<li>Proven ability to tutor and support students across high school grade levels (k-5). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse student populations. Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and student data systems.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and take initiative.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications - Previous Experience</b></h3><ul>
<li>Experience in academic intervention, credit recovery.</li>
<li>Background in tracking student attendance, academic metrics, and implementing data-driven interventions.</li>
<li>Experience working with high school students in a support or instructional role.</li>
<li>Prior involvement with test administration or coordination of standardized testing processes.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Sample Job Responsibilities</b></h3><ul>
<li>Provide academic support and tutoring to students in grades 9&mdash;12, both in person and online, with a focus on Math content and related coursework.</li>
<li>Monitor attendance and coursework completion fora designated grade -level cohort, using data systems and online platforms.</li>
<li>Take and maintain attendance records based on student engagement and coursework progress.</li>
<li>Actively participate in weekly Student Progress Meetings to discuss student needs and plan targeted interventions.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and administrators to implement individualized support strategies.</li>
<li>Leverage online systems such as Enginuity to track student progress and assist with virtual instruction.</li>
<li>Build positive relationships with students to foster academic motivation, consistency, and accountability.</li>
<li>Use Microsoft Excel and other data tracking tools to manage and report on student progress and intervention effectiveness.</li>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team focused on student achievement.</li>
<li>Function as a self-starter, capable of managing a flexible schedule and adapting support based on student needs.</li>
<li>Assist with the administration and coordination of both state and local testing, including preparation, proctoring, and follow-up tasks.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with testing protocols and timelines, supporting accurate and efficient test implementation.</li>
