Job descriptionTo lead and manage the complete HR function for MK Builders &amp; Developers, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management from recruitment to exit across the organization. The role requires strategic and hands-on HR leadership to support 300+ employees working at the Vizag head office and various construction sites.Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments (Corporate &amp; Project Sites).</li><li>Coordinate manpower planning with department heads.</li><li>Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding formalities.</li><li>Design and implement induction programs for new joiners.</li></ul>2. Employee Lifecycle Management<ul><li>Maintain and update employee master data and HRMS records.</li><li>Handle probation confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separations.</li><li>Manage attendance, leave records, and documentation.</li></ul>3. Performance &amp; Development<ul><li>Support in designing and executing performance appraisal systems (KRA-based).</li><li>Identify skill gaps and organize internal/external training sessions.</li><li>Develop career progression plans and employee engagement initiatives.</li></ul>4. Payroll &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Coordinate with Accounts for timely salary processing.</li><li>Ensure statutory compliance PF, ESI, Gratuity, Professional Tax, Labour Laws, etc.</li><li>Handle audits, statutory filings, and maintain updated records.</li></ul>5. Employee Engagement &amp; Relations<ul><li>Promote healthy workplace culture and employee welfare programs.</li><li>Conduct employee feedback sessions, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Organize team-building activities and events for site and office staff.</li></ul>6. Policy &amp; Process Implementation<ul><li>Frame, update, and communicate HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.</li><li>Monitor adherence across all departments.</li><li>Ensure alignment of HR practices with company values and legal norms.</li></ul>Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)</li><li>8&ndash;12 years of HR experience in construction, real estate, or manufacturing sector</li><li>Experience handling 300+ employees (multi-location workforce)</li><li>Strong knowledge of Labour Laws, PF, ESI, and payroll compliance</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills</li></ul>Key Competencies:<ul><li>Strong people management and problem-solving abilities</li><li>High integrity and confidentiality</li><li>Strategic mindset with operational execution capability</li><li>Hands-on with HRMS / ERP and MS Office tools</li></ul>Work Conditions:<ul><li>Based at Vizag Corporate Office</li><li>Coordination with site HR / admin teams as required</li><li>Occasional travel to project sites</li></ul>MK Builders &amp; Developers, MK House, MIG 26, Sector-1, MVP Colony, Visakhapatnam-17. https://mkbuilders.inJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;60,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Human resources: 10 years (Required)</li><li>Real Estate: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
