Position Summary:
The Administrative Support Representative is responsible for working with the supervisor on all issues to ensure all are documented, resolved, and all action plans and resolutions are communicated
Key Deliverables:<ul><li>
Be the point person supporting the managers, make them run effortlessly.</li><li>
Serve as the liaison for the customers.</li><li>
Collect Data, Track Data, Import Data, Report Data, Live in all things around clean, accurate DATA.</li><li>
Paperwork Guru...From the Drivers, Claims, Returns, and everything in between, it is your paperwork.</li><li>
Superstar deadline oriented, treat missing a deadline like stepping on a Lego...ouch.</li><li>
Be the right hand to Operations to prioritize business and need to know information.</li><li>
Lead by example, be a utility player that the team admires because the positive attitude and the ability to get things done.</li></ul>
Required Experience and Skills:<ul><li>
Proven success in administrative role and as a leader.</li><li>
Prior success within Logistics, Transportation or Supply Chain industries (preferred)</li><li>
Microsoft Suite skills, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint....use technology to work smart and get the job done well.</li><li>
Excellent data management skills. DETAILS....we are all about them.</li><li>
Solid Communication across the organization, with our customers, with our supporters and the team.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and the flexibility to handle multiple competing priorities.</li><li>
Solve problems by bringing solutions that are both in the box and out.</li><li>
Ability to operate in a fast moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.</li></ul>

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:</h1>
This is a full time position; averaging 40 50 hours per week, with occasional evenings or weekends as business needs dictate.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Travel:</h1>
This position may require occasional travel up to 5%.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, copier, and phone.
Physical Demands:
