Marketing Design Systems Specialist

Build and operationalize scalable, modular marketing design systems that reduce one-off creative work, increase production velocity, and empower our organization with tools and templates that drive enterprise brand consistency across all customer-facing channels. This role owns the infrastructure layer of marketing creative.

Location: Hybrid | Dallas, TX, USA | Open to Hybrid in NY, DC, Chicago and Vancouver

Responsibilities:

1. Direct Mail Systems

Create and maintain modular direct mail systems that support scalable production.
<ul>
<li>Standardize postcard, self-mailer, letter, and insert formats</li>
<li>Define locked layout zones (headline, proof, CTA, compliance) and discuss variable opportunities</li>
<li>Build print-ready master files with bleed and production specs</li>
<li>Establish vendor handoff standards</li>
<li>Reduce custom layout creation to exception-only scenarios</li>
</ul>
2. Sales Enablement Systems

Develop a PowerPoint master system that supports enterprise growth.
<ul>
<li>Component-based slide architecture</li>
<li>Modular data visualization system</li>
<li>Case study kit templates</li>
<li>One-pager template kits</li>
<li>Eliminate custom deck builds unless strategic</li>
</ul>
3. Landing Page Component Library

In partnership with demand generation and events teams:
<ul>
<li>Build reusable conversion-optimized components</li>
<li>Define layout rules and mobile-first guardrails</li>
<li>Create documentation enabling this team to self-assemble pages</li>
<li>Maintain alignment with performance data</li>
</ul>
4. Social Creative System
<ul>
<li>Standardized paid and organic templates</li>
<li>Repeatable ad variants</li>
<li>Grid, typography, and motion systems and guardrails</li>
</ul>
5. Email Systems (Collaborative Ownership)

Work closely with internal teams to:
<ul>
<li>Modularize ESP-native block systems (headers, content, CTAs, footers, legal variants)</li>
<li>Define archetype templates (promo, nurture, newsletter, announcement)</li>
<li>Create QA and performance checklist for campaigns</li>
<li>Reduce one-off builds and drive scalability and performance optimization</li>
</ul>
6. Design System Governance &amp; Creative Operations
<ul>
<li>Maintain centralized Figma libraries and token governance</li>
<li>Implement and own version control and release documentation</li>
<li>Sunset outdated templates</li>
<li>Provide internal training and enablement for template usage</li>
<li>Conduct quality assurance on freelance and vendor outputs</li>
<li>Continuously refine systems based on performance and operational feedback</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with creative automation platforms (e.g., Bynder, Canva Enterprise, Aprimo, Figma variables &amp; Dev Mode, templating engines, variable data merge tools)</li>
<li>Advanced Figma systems architecture (tokens, variants, auto layout, scalable libraries, file governance)</li>
<li>Strong grasp of CTA hierarchy and conversion psychology</li>
<li>Advanced Adobe InDesign for print systems</li>
<li>Fluency in direct mail production standards (bleeds, folds, USPS requirements, variable data)</li>
<li>Deep understanding of ESP-native design constraints and modular block systems</li>
<li>Working knowledge of HTML/CSS structure</li>
<li>Advanced PowerPoint slide engineering</li>
</ul>
Strong Candidates will have experience in:

 We are seeking a quantitatively oriented Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst to join our Strategic &amp; Financial Planning team. The Strategic &amp; Financial Planning team sits at the center of Lantern&rsquo;s financial and strategic decision-making, partnering with executive leadership on capital allocation, long-range planning, and growth initiatives. This individual will support Lantern&rsquo;s financial decision-making through budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and other special projects that inform business performance and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow within a collaborative finance team.
