Dartmouth law firm seeking the services of a professional paralegal familiar with probate, real estate and estate planning matters. Ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in these fields. Position reports to the owner of the firm as well as one other attorney.Duties and responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Document preparation for probate court filings</li><li>Document preparation for estate plans</li><li>Document preparation for trust administration and estate tax returns</li><li>Organizing files and preparing for real estate closings</li><li>Electronic filing of documents with courts and Registries of Deeds</li><li>Maintaining files for correspondence and bill of clients</li><li>Client and professional contact and communication</li></ul>The candidate must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
