Establish and responsible for direct customers, OEMs, distributors within the designated region for the purpose of Ion Exchange Resins and Iron Oxide products and applications.</li><li>

Provide direct customer interface on pricing, availability, technical data, samples, literature, and negotiation through closure.</li><li>
Use CRM tools to enter, distribute and store timely call reports and key customer specific information.</li><li>
Provide regular communications, with internal personnel and arrange joint travel with marketing people as required.</li><li>

Experience and Skills</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or BS Chemistry (advanced degree in Organic Chemistry preferred) or related disciplines.</li><li>

Project Management, Negotiation and Key Account Management proven skills required.

Regional Sales Manager (Remote)

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), Stormwater/NPDES, and other applicable waste and water standards.</li><li>
Conduct environmental inspections (e.g., weekly RCRA container inspections, Satellite Accumulation Point [SAP] audits, wastewater pH monitoring, and Stormwater Best Management Practices [BMPs]) and perform environmental sampling.</li><li>
Plan, oversee, and review wastewater discharge monitoring and waste characterization testing (e.g., TCLP) for plant processes.</li><li>
Support key environmental programs, including hazardous waste management, industrial wastewater pretreatment, and Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC).</li><li>
Prepare and submit environmental reports to regulatory agencies (e.g., Discharge Monitoring Reports [DMRs], Biennial Waste Reports) and maintain online compliance databases.</li><li>
Collect, track, and analyze environmental data, such as water consumption, discharge volumes, and waste generation trends, to support compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>
Serve as liaison with regulatory agencies (e.g., State Ecology or EPA Regional offices) and coordinate ongoing water and waste permit renewal processes.</li><li>
Collaborate with the legal team on permit documentation, waste disposal contracts, and water discharge compliance matters.</li><li>
Oversee the site&rsquo;s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting, including water intensity, waste diversion, and hazardous waste reduction goals.</li><li>
Lead meetings, produce agendas and minutes, and manage communications with local wastewater authorities and waste regulators regarding permits.</li><li>
Implement and manage Industrial Wastewater Pretreatment and Stormwater General Permits (NPDES).</li><li>
Develop and maintain waste and water-related programs, forecast regulatory changes, and provide training to management and operations teams.</li><li>
Execute environmental programs, follow established guidelines, and independently resolve issues regarding spill response or waste non-conformities when necessary.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Experience / Skills</b></h2></div><p></p><div><br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.</li><li>
Min. 5 years of experience in environmental compliance, preferably in a chemical plant or industrial setting.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and experience working with regulatory agencies.</li><li>
Experience with Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR), Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC), and Hazardous Waste Management (RCRA).</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>
Ability to identify gaps in existing programs and develop solutions to ensure compliance and sustainability.</li></ul><p></p><p><br>
Physical Requirements:</p><ul><li>
Work outdoors in varying conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise, chemicals, vibration).</li><li>
Perform field activities: walk long distances, climb ladders, carry equipment (up to 50 lbs), bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and work in confined spaces or at heights.</li><li>
Frequent repetitive motions and occasional fine hand work; operate vehicles and tools.</li><li>
Work around heavy equipment while wearing required PPE (safety glasses, gloves, boots, hard hat, hearing protection, respirator).</li><li>
