We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales specialized in mens bespoke to join our team at Lapels Bespoke, located in the heart of Dubai in Downtown. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, particularly in luxury retail or bespoke fashion, and will bring a well-established database of clients. As a Senior Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales, cultivating relationships, and providing exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities :- Utilize your database of high-net-worth customers to drive traffic and sales for bespoke suits and tuxedo rentals.- Build and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients, offering personalized service and expert styling advice.- take part in the daily operations of the store, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for every customer.- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to create and execute sales strategies that drive brand growth.- Provide training and development for junior sales associates to elevate the overall performance of the team.- Ensure the store environment reflects the high standards and exclusivity of the brand.- Attend and represent the brand at industry events, ensuring continuous engagement with potential clients.-client relations, calling setting appointments and aftersalesRequirements :- Top notch Eloquency in English and fashion language- Proven experience in a senior sales role within the luxury fashion or bespoke tailoring industry.- Established network of high-net-worth clients and a customer database for direct outreach.- Strong understanding of bespoke tailoring, fabric selections, and men&rsquo;s fashion trends.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.- stay well versed in bespoke men's wear styling and use expertise with HNI's and custom clothing sales- Familiarity special occasion wear and suits is a plus.-open minded and humble attitude ready to do tasks out of job description representing the brand.Benefits :- Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives.- Opportunity to work with a prestigious brand in the luxury retail sector.- Growth and development opportunities within the company.If you have a passion for bespoke fashion, an impressive client portfolio, and the drive to lead a high-performing sales team, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Lapels Bespoke.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>sales: 3 years (Preferred)</li><li>fashion: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Expected Start Date: 01/03/2025
