The main work content is to respond to customer problems with products, monitor applications, and transfer problems that affect the business and cannot operate normally.Report customer or monitoring issues to relevant departments and follow up on progress at all times. In addition, online technical support personnel also need to support internal teams.More detailed job requirements are as follows:<ul><li>Good writing and communication skills in English. Proficiency in Chinese language is preferred.</li><li>Shift system (morning/Afternoon/evening), business operation 24/7, holidays and weekends are required to work according to the schedule</li><li>A high school diploma or above is sufficient (no work experience required).</li><li>Possess the ability to multi-task to complete various work tasks efficiently.
