Larson Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Automotive Parts Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the automotive industry and strong problem-solving skills. As a Parts Advisor, you will assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their vehicles while ensuring efficient inventory management and top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Customer Assistance: Provide expert guidance to customers in selecting the appropriate parts and accessories, both in person and over the phone.</li><li>
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring timely ordering and availability of parts.</li><li>
Order Processing: Source and procure high-quality parts while verifying compatibility with customer needs.</li><li>
Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest automotive parts, accessories, and industry trends.</li><li>
Collaboration: Work closely with the Parts Manager and service team to enhance operational efficiency.</li><li>
Customer Satisfaction: Deliver professional, knowledgeable service to build lasting customer relationships.</li></ul>

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Previous experience in a parts department or related field preferred.</li><li>
Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.</li><li>
Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>
Good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Proficient in computer systems and software.</li></ul>
