Who You Are<ul><li>
Proven automotive retail leader&mdash; retail Automotive General Manager or General Sales Manager experience required.</li><li>
Have a history with Volkswagen&mdash; preferred but not required.</li><li>
Driven, ambitious, and obsessed with results.</li><li>
Hands-on, approachable, and able to motivate your team to achieve and exceed goals.</li><li>
A strategic thinker with excellent communication and coaching skills.</li><li>

Requirements:

Volkswagen experience is preferred but not required.</li><li>
Available to work flexible hours &amp; weekends.</li><li>
Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins &amp; outs.</li><li>
Effective communication skills.</li><li>
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.</li><li>
Basic mathematical aptitude.</li><li>
Ability to apply and understand reasoning.</li><li>
Clean driving record, with valid driver license.</li><li>
Willing to submit to a background check &amp; drug screening.</li><li>
Associate&rsquo;s degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li></ul>
