This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and personal presentation to create impactful campaigns that resonate with our audience and reflect the image of our brand.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute visually appealing marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance our premium brand image.</li><li>Represent the company at events, client meetings, and promotional activities &mdash; maintaining a polished, attractive, and professional presence at all times.</li><li>Conduct in-depth market research to identify visual and branding trends that connect with our target audience.</li><li>Create engaging, aesthetically pleasing content for social media, blogs, and digital campaigns to attract high-value clients.</li><li>Manage SEO, paid advertising, and social campaigns to amplify brand visibility.</li><li>Ensure consistent, high-end brand presentation across all platforms, including print, digital, and in-person events.</li><li>Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and creative teams to design campaigns that highlight both the brand and your personal presentation.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize engagement and ROI.</li><li>Stay up to date on luxury branding, digital marketing trends, and appearance-driven marketing strategies.</li></ul>Experience &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in brand-focused, client-facing, or luxury-driven environments.</li><li>Attractive, well-groomed, and confident appearance &mdash; this role involves representing the company publicly.</li><li>Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, automation tools, and content creation techniques.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design tools for creating visually stunning marketing assets.</li><li>Familiarity with WordPress for brand-consistent website content management.</li><li>Excellent communication and persuasive copywriting skills with a focus on branding and lifestyle appeal.</li><li>Comfortable appearing in photoshoots, promotional campaigns, and video marketing content when required.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a professional, polished image.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $40,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
