Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a love for coffee, ensuring that every beverage is crafted to perfection. Candidate will be employed in a hospital location, therefor must exhibit maturity and compassion.<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.</li><li>Operate the Toast POS systems for order processing and cash handling.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.</li><li>Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and handling.</li><li>Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed.</li><li>Utilize time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous barista experience or strong coffee knowledge is preferred.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.</li></ul>Join our team as a Barista where you can share your love for coffee while providing an exceptional experience for our customers!Pay is base $7.25/hr plus tipsJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $9.00 - $14.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
