Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and personable Laser Hair Removal Technician with experience in Candela to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in esthetic laser treatments and customer service, providing clients with safe, effective, and comfortable laser hair removal services. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a professional environment focused on enhancing clients' confidence and appearance through advanced skincare techniques. The Laser Hair Removal Tech will also support other aesthetic services, contributing to a comprehensive client experience.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform laser hair removal treatments using state-of-the-art equipment while adhering to safety protocols and sanitation standards</li><li>Consult with clients to determine treatment plans tailored to their skin type and hair removal goals</li><li>Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions to ensure optimal results</li><li>Maintain accurate client records using salon software such as Vagaro or similar platforms</li><li>Assist with additional aesthetic services including facials, laser facials, dermabrasion, and other advanced modalities.</li><li>Ensure all treatment areas are sanitized and maintained according to health regulations</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns</li><li>Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatment packages to enhance client satisfaction and business growth</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid cosmetology or esthetics license with certification in laser hair removal treatments</li><li>Experience with esthetic laser treatments and facial techniques</li><li>Knowledge of salon software systems such as Vagaro or similar platforms for scheduling and client management</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients</li><li>Excellent sanitation practices and adherence to health regulations</li><li>Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting skincare products and treatment packages</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism</li></ul>Join our team to deliver top-tier aesthetic services that help clients look and feel their best.
