Job Title:Primary Science &amp; Mathematics TeacherLocation:Bahria Town, RawalpindiJob Summary:We are seeking a passionate and committed Primary Science &amp; Mathematics Teacher to deliver engaging, concept-based learning to students at the primary level. The ideal candidate will build strong foundational understanding, nurture curiosity, and develop problem-solving skills in young learners.Key Responsibilities:Teaching &amp; Learning<ul><li>Plan and deliver interactive lessons in Science and Mathematics for primary classes</li><li>Develop students&rsquo; conceptual understanding (not rote learning)</li><li>Use activity-based, visual, and inquiry-driven teaching methods</li><li>Connect concepts to real-life examples</li></ul>Classroom Management<ul><li>Maintain a positive, structured, and nurturing classroom environment</li><li>Manage behavior using constructive and respectful approaches</li><li>Encourage participation from all students</li></ul>Assessment &amp; Progress Tracking<ul><li>Prepare quizzes, tests, and assignments</li><li>Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback</li><li>Support weaker students through targeted attention</li></ul>Curriculum &amp; Planning<ul><li>Follow and contribute to the school curriculum</li><li>Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching aids</li><li>Support continuous improvement of teaching standards</li></ul>Communication<ul><li>Communicate regularly with parents regarding progress</li><li>Attend parent-teacher meetings and school activities</li><li>Work closely with colleagues and academic leadership</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Science, Mathematics, or Education</li><li>Strong understanding of primary-level concepts</li><li>Good English communication skills</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>B.Ed / M.Ed or teaching certification</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of relevant teaching experience</li><li>Familiarity with activity-based or child-centered teaching</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Attributes:<ul><li>Ability to simplify concepts for young learners</li><li>Patience, empathy, and energy</li><li>Strong classroom engagement skills</li><li>Creative teaching approach</li><li>Basic digital skills</li></ul>Working Hours:12:00 PM &ndash; 8:00 PMSalary:Market CompetitiveJob Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Current Salary and Minimum Expected?</li><li>Are you able to commute daily to Bahria Town, Rawalpindi?</li><li>What is your current (or last) monthly salary ?</li><li>Are you able to commit 12noon to 8pm (Mon-Sat) On-site?</li><li>What is your greatest weakness?</li><li>Do you have experience teaching primary-level Science or Mathematics?</li><li>Are you comfortable using activity-based or student-centered teaching methods?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
