This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management skills while supporting a vibrant beauty community.Duties<ul><li>Greet clients warmly, manage appointment scheduling, and coordinate daily salon activities to ensure a seamless flow of operations</li><li>Operate phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer support and answering inquiries promptly</li><li>Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and proofreading to support salon administration and client files</li><li>Manage calendar appointments using booking app</li><li>Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software</li><li>Assist with office management duties including organizing supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining cleanliness of reception area</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, handling inquiries with phone etiquette, and supporting overall client satisfaction</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Prior experience in front desk or office management roles within a customer-focused environment preferred</li><li>Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Etc</li><li>Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse clientele effectively, but not required.</li><li>Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting</li><li>Experience with phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and customer support is essential</li><li>Personal assistant or administrative support experience is a plus, especially involving time management and personal scheduling tasks</li></ul>Join us to be part of a lively team where your organizational talents and passion for customer care will shine!
