 We're building out the social presence for three brands -
 
 Lasso Labs
 
 ,
 
 CronchClub
 
 , and
 
 Froobies
 
 . We need a content creator who can move fast, stay on-trend, and make stuff people actually want to watch and share. We're talking short-form videos, trending audio, product drops, BTS content, and whatever else the algorithm is hungry for that week.
 
 
 This role will begin as a temporary contract position with the potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance and team fit.
 
 
 
 What You'll Do
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Create and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and wherever else our audience is hanging out
 </li>
 <li>
 Brainstorm and execute creative concepts that bring Lasso, CronchClub, and Froobies to life online
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and formats and translate them into content that actually fits our brands
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep a consistent posting rhythm across multiple brand accounts without letting anything slip
 </li>
 <li>
 Track performance, learn fast, and apply it to the next piece of content
 </li>
 <li>
 Show up in the comments, DMs, and community spaces when it counts
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What We're Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A genuine understanding of social media, not just how to use it, but why things work
 </li>
 <li>
 Confidence filming, editing, and posting short-form video (TikTok and Reels are your comfort zone)
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar (you don't need to be a pro editor, just resourceful)
 </li>
 <li>
 A creative, scrappy mindset with a low ego and a high output
 </li>
 <li>
 The ability to move quickly and make decisions without needing a lot of hand-holding
 </li>
 <li>
 A sharp eye for what feels authentic online vs. what reads as trying too hard
 </li>
 <li>
 Enough organization to juggle multiple brand accounts and stay on top of schedules
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Nice to Have
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience managing personal or brand social accounts with real results
 </li>
 <li>
 A background in photography, videography, or content creation
 </li>
 <li>
 Content that has performed well (viral or otherwise, we want to see what you've made)
 </li>
 <li>
 A genuine interest in startups, food brands, or consumer products
 
 
 </li>

 A willingness to experiment with formats, trends, and ideas, and learn from what doesn't land

 Building a distinct, recognizable voice for each brand that people actually want to follow
 </li>
