A little about the position:</b></div><div><b>
Job Summary</b></div><div>
Responsible for the assembly of product of pool covers. May be responsible for Cutting, Cross Seaming, webbing or stitching. Performance in creating a quality product.</div><div><b>
Some of What You Will Do:</b></div><ul><li>
Train with highly skilled leaders in all areas of swimming pool production</li><li>
Ensure a safe working environment while performing assigned tasks.</li><li>
Manufacturing experience such as heat-seals welding, kit-building, light fabricating, cutting, and sewing encouraged, but not necessary.</li><li>
Punctual and detail-oriented</li><li>
Experience using power tools, hand tools, and sewing machines.</li><li>
Work on a team of dedicated associates manufacturing swimming pools and pool components like thermoformed steps, structural foam molding of polymer panels, etc.</li><li><b>
What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications)</b></li></ul><ul><li>
MUST HAVE 2 years&rsquo; experience in manufacturing Sewing</li><li>
Must have 0-3years of semi-automated machines, and the use of hand tools</li><li>
0-3 years in manufacturing or production</li><li>
Ability to read basic English and have good communication skills.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask, work on a team, work independently, and the ability to work with one&rsquo;s hands</li><li>
Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8-12 hour shifts, able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>

Ability to work with one&rsquo;s hands and be able to use hand tools such as drills and hammers.</li><li>
