1.</b> <b>Order Picking (</b><b>8</b><b>0%)</b><b>:</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Review regular orders (paper) and Pick Lists (RF Gen), pick materials utilizing forklift throughout warehouse and assemble in a staging lane.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure safety protocols are always followed.</p></li></ul></div></div><p></p><div><div><p><b><br>
2.</b> <b>Housekeeping</b><b> (</b><b>10</b><b>%):</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Ensure aisles &amp; rack locations are clean of debris and empty pallets.</p></li></ul></div><p></p><div><p><b><br>
3.</b> <b>Forklift Inspections</b><b> (</b><b>5</b><b>%):</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Pre-shift and post-shift inspection of forklift to ensure properly maintained and any necessary repairs are escalated.</p></li></ul></div></div><p></p><div><div><p><b><br>

Assist in annual inventory audit.</p></li><li><p>

5</b><b>.</b> <b>Order Loading/Un-Loading (10%):</b></p></div><div><ul><li><p>
Assist with loading of completed orders onto trucks, delivery carriers and/or customer pickups.</p></li><li><p>
Assist with order unloading of LTL Carriers and truck loads.</p></li><li><p>
Perform receiving duties for orders being delivered - ensure items orders are actually received, inform purchaser of any discrepancies.</p></li><li><p>
Stock items located in the warehouse or deliver to purchasing party.</p></li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>
Correct any Purchase Order discrepancies.</p></li><li><p>
Document discrepancies and maintain shipping documentation.</p></li><li><p>
Assist Procurement &amp; Accounts Payable regarding Purchase Orders/Invoices issues and corrections.</p></li><li><p>

Overview:</p><p>
Key product development and product line management position responsible to coordinate market needs with company innovation initiatives to increase sales, profit and market share.</p><p><br>
</p><p>Essential Job Functions &amp; Responsibilities:</p><p>
Responsible for all functions relating to assigned product lines which include:</p><p></p><ul><li>
Support execution of the 3 year product line strategy.</li><li>
Conduct market research to identify and define new product ideas as well as line extensions for assigned line.</li><li>
Responsible for leading a cross functional team, following &ldquo;stage gate&rdquo; process, to bring new products from concept to commercialization.</li><li>
Provide line product forecasting for new sku&rsquo;s.</li><li>
Evaluate overall line financial performance, work with adjacent departments to improve product line turns and maintain appropriate inventory levels.</li><li>
Support development of all packaging, advertising and other collateral materials for assigned line.</li><li>
Conduct annual sku rationalization analysis.</li><li>
Coordinate all aspects of product development and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Product Development procedures, to include: R &amp; D, Technical Services, Operations, Finance, Marketing and Sales Training.</li><li>
Performs other directly related appropriate duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.
</li></ul><p></p><p>Job Specifications/Skills:</p><ul><li>
1-3 years product marketing experience. Experience in building or industrial products field a strong plus.</li><li>
Experience in product development, understanding of product development process.</li><li>
Knowledge of construction materials and techniques a strong plus.</li><li>
Ability to lead cross functional teams.</li><li>
Excellent communications &amp; presentation skills.</li><li>
Strong financial acumen.</li><li>
Strong presentation and written skills.</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). Intermediate knowledge of and functional proficiency in ERP and CRM systems; Oracle EnterpriseOne and CRM OnDemand preferred.</li><li>
Physical strength to lift and carry minimum of 25 pounds.</li><li>
Second language a plus.</li></ul><p></p><p>
Minimum Educational Requirements:</p><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.
