We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to support the Owner and CEO of a large, multi-sector business group. This role goes far beyond traditional administrative support&mdash;you will be the strategic gatekeeper, trusted confidant, and operational force behind a fast-paced and high-impact personal and professional life.This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on being indispensable, managing complexity with ease, and keeping both home and business operations running flawlessly.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive &amp; Business Support<ul><li>Manage an intricate calendar across multiple businesses, meetings, personal appointments, and global time zones</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO</li><li>Track and follow up on all business action items, ensuring accountability and execution across teams</li><li>Serve as liaison to investors, board members, legal, financial, and operations teams</li><li>Attend key meetings (virtually or in person), take minutes, and oversee follow-through</li><li>Maintain confidential documents, contracts, filings, and critical information with discretion</li></ul>Household &amp; Personal Life Management<ul><li>Coordinate and oversee personal schedules, medical appointments, school communications, and family travel</li><li>Supervise household staff and vendors (cleaners, chefs, drivers, tutors, etc.)</li><li>Handle all travel planning, including luxury and international itineraries, visas, and accommodations</li><li>Manage family events, social gatherings, holidays, and birthdays with care and detail</li></ul>Lifestyle &amp; Daily Logistics<ul><li>Anticipate daily and weekly priorities and organize pre-briefs for the CEO</li><li>Personal errands, shopping, wardrobe coordination, gift sourcing, and returns</li><li>Manage recurring tasks (e.g., bill payments, renewals, memberships, subscriptions)</li><li>Maintain digital tools (task managers, communication platforms) to keep everything centralized and accessible.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
