What You&rsquo;ll Do as a Marketing Assistant: You&rsquo;ll be part of a creative and energetic team dedicated to expanding the Latitude 33 Aviation brand across digital channels, in-person events, and marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role that offers variety and the chance to make a real impact while gaining valuable industry experience.
Charter Marketing (70&ndash;80%)<ul><li>
Develop and schedule engaging email campaigns</li><li>
Support client outreach and marketing initiatives</li><li>
Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize blog content, track performance, manage CRM, and generate new leads</li><li>
Post offers and flight deals to social channels</li></ul>
Aircraft Sales &amp; Management Support (20&ndash;30%)<ul><li>
Research aircraft market trends and update listings</li><li>
Prepare marketing collateral, proposals, and reports</li><li>
Assist with visual content creation, including photoshoots and videos</li><li>
Verify listing data and coordinate follow-ups with industry contacts</li><li>
Provide data research and administrative support to the sales team</li></ul>
Tasks<ul><li>
Keep the website fresh with compelling content and visuals</li><li>
Capture and edit photo and video content of aircraft and events</li><li>
Create marketing materials like sales sheets, presentations, spec sheets, and social media graphics</li><li>
Curate content and manage calendars for social media platforms</li><li>
Coordinate outreach, research, and follow-ups with partners and vendors</li><li>
Building client VIP baskets for speciality flights</li></ul>
