We are looking for a TIG Welder 1 to join our 100% EMPLOYEE-OWNED team. 

Shift: Monday - Friday (7am - 3:30pm)

Minimum Job Requirements
<ul><li>Physical - Capable of lifting 40 lbs. safely or with assistance. Capable of performing manual labor for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.</li><li>
Working Hours &ndash; Full-time (40hours)</li><li>
Personal Traits - Good communication skills with positive teamwork and safety attitude. Conscientious attention to detail and accuracy. Must possess desire to learn new skills and dedication for continuous improvement. Great work ethics including punctuality.</li></ul> 


Job Duties and Responsibilities
Timely completion of job functions. Produce customer parts and products in accordance with the established safety, quality, and cost standards of the Company. Authority to drive company forklift if trained. Responsible for producing quality workmanship, which meets or exceeds requirements.
<ul><li>Weld parts in conformance with specifications and meet daily required production assignments.</li><li>
Setup welding machines and fixtures with the help of others.</li><li>
Work independently with minimal assistance.</li><li>
Arrive to work in a punctual manner and be willing to work overtime when needed.
</li><li>Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction by working with department supervisor and lead.</li><li>
Work safely and ensure hazardous conditions are eliminated. Follow company safety procedures.</li><li>
Communicate accurately and effectively to other individuals in the department as well as other departments.</li><li>
Accurately maintain MES system as instructed.</li><li>
Follow and execute ISO Quality system procedures including, instructions on job travelers and control plan per ISO procedures.</li><li>
Audit of materials and/or production parts before delivery to next operation area.</li><li>
Maintain neat and clean work area.</li><li>
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.</li></ul> 


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
<ul><li>Must pass 18ga welding test cube.</li><li>
Ability to safely set-up and operate TIG machine with no supervision for mild steel/stainless steel and use proper PPE when required.</li><li>
Possess basic math skills including ability to read and use tape measure.</li><li>
Understanding basic welding hazards with regards to UV light, high temperatures, and electrocution.</li><li>
Must be able to load and unload parts repeatably in fixtures while maintaining all cosmetic or quality standards.</li></ul> 

Education and Experience
<ul><li> One year experience preferred</li></ul>
