Reports To: Service Manager
Position: Full time
Schedule: M-Fri/hours vary between 7 AM&ndash;5 PM
Our automotive service center is looking for Ford, Chyrsler and/or GM Automotive Technicians to join our Service team. Laura is looking for motivated, competitive, and hard-working technicians who take pride in their work and are looking for industry-leading pay coupled with HUGE opportunities for available work. RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Maintains a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair</li><li>
Conducts extensive diagnostic procedures to determine the sources of customers&rsquo; problems and provide accurate repair recommendations</li><li>
Inspects vehicles according to the state&rsquo;s requirements for emissions and safety</li><li>
Conducts necessary repairs and takes vehicles for test drives to verify soundness</li><li>
Maintains legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and for our records</li><li>
Cleans and maintains the work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED required</li><li>
Must be willing to participate in in-house training</li><li>
Must be able to operate all auto repair tools</li><li>

Automotive Technician/ Automotive Mechanic (MO)

Reports To: Service Manager
Hours: M-F Hours will vary
Summary: The Service Administrative Assistant (BDC) assists in rental car fleet management, warranty repair order preparation, transportation damage claims, and other internal claims, communication, and scheduling as assigned by the Service Manager.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound internet lead activity via phone and email with a focus on minimizing lead response times.</li><li>
Respond promptly and professionally to voicemail and email messages.</li><li>
Complete prescribed follow-up process pertaining to prospects with an emphasis on appointment setting.</li><li>
Stay current with all GM product training, build value and sell customers on features, benefits, and value of a purchase.</li><li>
Add and update client records ensuring that all service costumes&rsquo; records are current.</li><li>
Maintain constant communication with the Service Writers, to ensure that appointments are properly prepared for.</li><li>
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, cultivate sales referrals, and solicit service.</li><li>
Set and achieve targeted performance goals.</li><li>
Remain fully compliant with Company HR Trainings.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned by management.</li></ul> 
Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED required</li><li>
Excellent customer service and communication skills</li><li>
Previous experience preferred</li><li>
Excellent telephone skills</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast paced environment.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
