Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry, with experience in cosmetic, Implant dentistry and oral surgery being highly desirable. As a Dentist, you will provide high-quality patient care, perform various dental procedures, and ensure compliance with all health regulations and standards. Great communication is a big plus.Duties<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.</li><li>Perform a variety of dental procedures including dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics.</li><li>Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide optimal patient care.</li></ul>*<ul><li>Requirements:</li><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Valid MD state dental license to practice dentistry.</li></ul>*<ul><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.</li><li>Previous experience working in a dental office or clinic setting is an advantage.</li><li>Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while adhering to ethical standards.
