It&rsquo;s focused, steady work that keeps residents safe and cared for around the clock.WHAT YOU BRING<ul><li>Experience in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care preferred</li><li>If already trained in medication administration, great&mdash;we welcome you</li><li>If not yet trained, we&rsquo;ll mentor you internally</li><li>Flexibility to float, assist with care, and adapt to changing needs</li><li>Calm, dependable presence and excellent communication skills</li><li>A heart for service and a commitment to treating every resident with dignity</li></ul>WHAT YOU&rsquo;LL DO<ul><li>Provide direct care and support with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, etc.)</li><li>Administer medications and document per state regulations (if trained)</li><li>Float between assisted living and memory care to support teammates and residents</li><li>Assist with evening routines, social gatherings, and family visits</li><li>Monitor for changes in condition and communicate with nursing and leadership</li><li>Collaborate with a team that values transparency, and shared accountability</li></ul>Ready to serve with heart and grow your skills?
