Responsibilities&middot; Develop and design projects through completion with minimal review and supervision&middot; Prepare and coordinate the design team if applicable&middot; Conceptualize and create design ideas through 3D visualization, mood boards, and hand-sketching&middot; Develop space plans, project budget, schedule, and programming documentation&middot; Selections and specifications of finish materials and furniture&middot; Create and manage time and materials budgets for projects&middot; Track time using Studio Designer software&middot; Prepare design and construction documents to generate detailed design solutions&middot; Communicate with clients, contractors, and consultants&middot; Lead project meetings &amp; client presentations&middot; Organize and prioritize projects and assist with organizing team members, tasks, and meetings&middot; Administer contract documents, bids &amp; negotiations including construction administration&middot; Review shop drawings and submittals&middot; Mentoring and management of junior and intermediate designers&middot; Knowledge of building codes and building systems&middot; 3 &ndash; 5 years minimum experienceAdditional Qualifications&middot; Commercial and residential interior design experience preferred&middot; Experience with 2020 or cabinet design software preferred&middot; Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills&middot; Run design project on time and within budget&middot; Strong knowledge of the design process including specification of materials, FF&amp;E, and project management&middot; Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, Asana, Slack, and Microsoft Office&middot; Desire and ability to work in a creative, service-oriented environment and prioritize while performing multiple projects simultaneously&middot; Resilient in coping with client demands and able to prioritize duties and work effectively&middot; Team-oriented&middot; Must be able to work independently with little supervisionEducation&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Interior Design&middot; NCIDQ preferred, but not requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $56,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearSchedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Casper, WY 82601: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
