 About the Role
 
 
 
 We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet
 
 Executive Assistant
 
 to support our General Manager in all daily operations. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage complex schedules, and coordination between our &Idot;stanbul headquarters and other locations. The ideal candidate is solution-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with senior-level stakeholders.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you'll be doing?
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage and optimize the General Manager&rsquo;s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate communication and workflows between the GM, department managers, and the production teams in both &Idot;stanbul and K&uuml;tahya.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-up materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support project tracking and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the GM.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and coordinate business trips, factory visits, events, and executive meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the GM.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare correspondence, emails, minutes of meetings, and documentation as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an organized filing system for digital and physical documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform general administrative tasks and assist with office operations.
 </li>

 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of Executive Assistant or senior-level administrative experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of
 
 Turkish and English
 
 (written and verbal).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 High proficiency in
 
 MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
 
 and digital productivity tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.

 Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality.

 What you'll be doing?

 GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

 Graduated from university departments such as Foreign Trade, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields,

 3&ndash;5 years of experience in procurement and foreign trade,
