 What you'll be doing?
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensuring that the business model is managed in accordance with the commercial strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviewing processes, identifying improvement opportunities and optimizing processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring the performance of sales, design, marketing and business development, tracking and reporting KPIs
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting NPS studies to increase customer satisfaction and evaluating customer feedback, understanding customer needs and creating customer service strategies for these needs
 </li>
 <li>
 Assuming ownership of CRM systems, organizing training on CRM use and applications within the company, and managing these processes effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifying and implementing customer segmentation strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Taking actions to improve customer experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Developing the company's overall business strategy based on market trends, customer needs and competitive analysis; Ensuring that Sales and Marketing teams work in an integrated and effective manner in line with the established commercial strategy

 Systematically identifying and evaluating potential risks in commercial operations, developing and implementing risk management strategies accordingly
 </li>
 <li>
 Choosing appropriate technology and automation tools (ORM, e-commerce, portal, etc.), communicating with central IT, managing the application, constantly promoting innovative approaches to improve business processes

 Managing budgets, ensure resources are used effectively, and manage commercial projects
 </li>

 Providing regular communication and reporting with senior management and other units, sharing developments in the field of commercial excellence

 GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Graduated from university departments such as Foreign Trade, International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields,
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of experience in procurement and foreign trade,
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced level of English (both written and spoken); a second foreign language is a plus,
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of foreign exchange transactions, currency payment systems, and foreign trade finance,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in import, customs clearance, freight, Incoterms, document procedures, and logistics,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in using at least one ERP system,
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in MS Office programs, especially Excel for reporting,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and result-oriented working style,

 JOB DESCRIPTION

 Conduct research on international suppliers and establish alternative and cost-effective procurement channels,
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate effectively with international suppliers, gather quotations, perform comparative analyses, and manage contract processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate all stages from ordering to production, shipment, and delivery,
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle import documentation, plan payments (letter of credit, documentary collections, wire transfer, etc.), and manage foreign exchange processes,
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan import operations in compliance with customs regulations and coordinate with customs brokers,
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage logistics processes: transport planning, deciding on modes of transport (land, sea, air), and freight agreements,
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel abroad for trade fairs, supplier audits, or market research,
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal departments (finance, production, quality, legal),
