 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical,
 
 Industrial
 
 )
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum B1 English proficiency
 </li>
 <li>
 Eager to learn and able to think analytically
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and teamwork skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work in shift system(08:00-16:00/16:00-24:00/24:00-08:00)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good problem-solving abilities
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure continuous and efficient operation of the production line during the shift
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate shift team members
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and report production processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Support quality, occupational safety, and process improvement activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with relevant departments in case of breakdowns, stoppages, or deviations
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare shift handover reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Entry of shift data to SAP&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring and approving daily timesheet data
 </li>
