The ideal candidate willhave strong knowledge in accounting, case management, and administrativeprocesses, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.Key Responsibilities:Accounts &amp; Administration:&#9679; Raise and follow up on client invoices.&#9679; Regularly update Tally software with all financial transactions.&#9679; Verify transaction details for the Accounts Group.&#9679; Track and follow up on client invoices.&#9679; Download and save TAN challan receipts to OneDrive.&#9679; Pay electricity and milk bills by the 10th of each month.&#9679; Send TDS file to the auditor&rsquo;s office quarterly.&#9679; Send reminders for advance tax payments.Case &amp; Office Management:&#9679; Scan and number case papers for digital archiving.&#9679; Download and share daily court orders.&#9679; Share the cause list with the team one day before hearings.&#9679; Allocate legal cases to associates.&#9679; Maintain a case diary for LC/HC and other tribunals.&#9679; Keep communication and bundle notes updated.&#9679; Maintain the bundle list and organize physical case racks.&#9679; Save all scanned case papers in LiquidText and OneDrive.Other Works:&#9679; Manage monthly aqua water supply for the office.&#9679; Handle real estate-related tasks as needed.&#9679; Maintain and update Supreme Court URLs.&#9679; Prepare and update the AI Works Report.Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:&#9679; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.&#9679; Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and cloud storage tools (e.g., OneDrive).&#9679; Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.&#9679; Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.&#9679; Previous experience in administrative, and legal support roles is preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
