LEGAL ASSISTANT (Part-Time) Hours: 15&ndash;20 hours per week Compensation: $20.00 per hourLocation Preference: We will consider Southern California Applicants first, followed by California Applicants, Followed by PST/PDT time zone applicants.We are seeking a reliable, organized, and professional Legal Assistant to join our office on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a collaborative office environment.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare, organize, and maintain legal and office documents</li><li>Draft and format correspondence and basic legal forms</li><li>Manage email communications and calendar scheduling</li><li>Data entry and file management</li><li>Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and third parties</li><li>Perform general administrative and office support tasks</li><li>Assist attorneys and support staff with assigned projects and daily office operations</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, email platforms, and similar websites/programs</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Good organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently</li><li>Willingness to accept instruction, follow directions, and work cooperatively with support staff, supervisors, and attorneys</li><li>Positive attitude and dependable work habits</li><li>Prior office or legal experience is helpful but not required</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Part-time position: approximately 15&ndash;20 hours per week</li><li>Flexible scheduling may be available depending on office needs</li></ul>To Apply:Please submit your resume along with a brief description of your experience and availability.We are looking for someone dependable, professional, and willing to contribute as part of a team-oriented legal office.Pay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
