We&rsquo;re looking for someone who can manage multiple tasks with a smile, has a keen eye for detail, and is comfortable with technology.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome.</li><li>Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and a touch of personality.</li><li>Schedule appointments and manage calendars.</li><li>Assist with client intake and document preparation.</li><li>Handle deliveries and other administrative tasks.</li><li>Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth daily operations.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Someone with a positive attitude and a zest for life.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.</li><li>Comfort with technology; experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to learn about our area of law and our structure.</li></ul>This is a fantastic entry level position for someone looking to break into the legal field. We provide opportunities for advancement within our growing firm. The hours are generally between 9 and 5:30 but we are flexible.
