Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly, from managing phone systems to supporting office management functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your organizational skills while contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, maintaining excellent customer service standards</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and route calls efficiently using professional phone etiquette</li><li>Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization</li><li>Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools</li><li>Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution.</li><li>Assist with clerical duties including typing correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting customer support efforts</li><li>Requirements</li><li>Proven office experience with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry skills</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently</li><li>Previous experience in front desk or receptionist roles, preferably in medical or dental settings</li><li>Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and a friendly demeanor</li><li>Familiarity with office management procedures including filing, proofreading, and calendar management</li><li>Clerical experience involving data entry, bookkeeping (QuickBooks preferred), and general administrative support</li><li>Ability to handle multiple phone lines simultaneously while maintaining professionalismJoin us in creating a vibrant workplace where your organizational talents and customer service skills make a real difference!
