Join us to harness the power of social media to tell our story and connect authentically with our customers!Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.</li><li>Create high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that captivate audiences and promote brand messaging.</li><li>Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and optimize content performance.</li><li>Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to enhance content visibility and improve organic reach on search engines and social platforms.</li><li>Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage insights for campaign refinement.</li><li>Collaborate with public relations teams to coordinate influencer outreach, media relations, and community engagement initiatives.</li><li>Analyze web analytics and social media metrics through Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.</li><li>Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to boost reach and conversions while managing budgets effectively.</li><li>Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels by proofreading content for accuracy and tone; ensure visual consistency using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.</li><li>Foster strong relationships with followers, partners, and stakeholders through proactive relationship management to build a loyal online community.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a focus on content creation, campaign management, or branding.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for creating engaging visual content.</li><li>Hands-on experience managing social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.</li><li>Experience running paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms with measurable results.</li><li>Strong understanding of public relations principles as they relate to online reputation management and influencer collaborations.</li><li>Ability to produce compelling multimedia content including photography and video editing using relevant software or applications.</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills combined with a keen eye for detail to ensure all content aligns with branding standards.
