Job Overview We are a plaintiffs personal injury firm located in the Penn Station area seeking a full time, in office, position.We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various areas of law. This role requires being able to independently manage a large case load . The Paralegal will support attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings while ensuring that all legal documentation is accurate and complete.We offer a Highly competitive salary, full health benefits and paid vacation!Duties<ul><li>Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.</li><li>Manage case files and ensure proper documentation through effective document management systems.</li><li>Perform document review and analysis to identify relevant information for cases.</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.</li><li>Interview clients and witnesses to gather pertinent information for cases.</li><li>Assist with litigation processes by preparing trial materials and exhibits.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous paralegal experience or legal administrative experience is required (At least 5yrs)</li><li>Bilingual Preferred.</li><li>Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures in various fields of law.</li><li>Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft clear and concise legal documents.</li><li>Strong research skills with experience in legal research methodologies.</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.</li><li>Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
