Overview Join the legal team as a Case Manager tasked with monitoring case files to ensure all client's cases receive the needed attention and detail. This potion requires attention to detail and great organization. You will work with lawyers and other legal staff to make sure all clients needs are met. You will be required to meet and speak with clients about their cases.Duties<ul><li>Conduct interviews with clients .</li><li>Monitor court dates so that clients are made aware of when they need to appear in court.</li><li>Prepare and file legal documents</li><li>Answering clients questions about the case.</li><li>Ensure attorneys are made aware of changes and documents filed in the case.</li><li>Facilitate excellent communication between attorneys and other staff..</li><li>Manage office calendars</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of the legal system.</li><li>Great communication.</li><li>Ability to deal with difficult people .</li><li>Efficient typing</li><li>Attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to multitask and keep others on task.</li></ul>Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Work Location: In person
