Family Law Attorney - Job Posting Location: California Position Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 3+ years Salary Range: $130,000 &ndash; $165,000 base + bonus (DOE)About the PositionEnvision Family Law is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team. We are committed to delivering compassionate, client-centered legal representation in divorce, custody, support, and property division matters. This position offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload, represent clients in court and settlement negotiations, and work collaboratively in a supportive team environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Independently manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution.</li><li>Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.</li><li>Appear in court for hearings, trials, and settlement conferences.</li><li>Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice to clients.</li><li>Work closely with clients to provide compassionate guidance and strong advocacy.</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and client-focused firm culture.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.</li><li>Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of family law experience required.</li><li>Strong knowledge of California family law and local court rules.</li><li>Proven litigation, negotiation, and case management skills.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</li><li>Commitment to professionalism, client service, and ethical practice.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary with base range of $130,000 &ndash; $165,000 DOE, plus performance-based bonus.</li><li>Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees.</li><li>Simple IRA with 3% employer match.</li><li>Generous paid time off, sick leave, and holidays (in accordance with California state law).</li><li>Supportive, collaborative work environment focused on client service and attorney development.</li></ul>Conditions of EmploymentThe following conditions apply to employment with the firm:<ul><li>Employment is at-will and may be terminated by either the employer or the employee at any time, with or without cause or notice, subject to applicable law.</li><li>Offer of employment is contingent upon verification of active bar membership in good standing and successful completion of any required background checks.</li><li>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.</li><li>The duties and responsibilities described are not intended to be comprehensive; additional tasks may be assigned as needed.
