</div><div><b>The Opportunity</b><br>
A growing California-based law firm with offices in Encino, Oakland, Riverside, and Palm Desert is seeking a Workers&rsquo; Compensation Case Manager. We have an opening for a Jr Case Manager, Case Manager, or Senior Case Manager based on experience in workers' compensation law.<br>
</div><div>This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in building and shaping a department from the ground up.<br>
</div><div><b>Position Overview</b><br>
The Case Manager will work directly with attorneys and staff to manage a caseload of workers&rsquo; compensation files from intake through resolution. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent client communication.<br>
</div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Manage and maintain workers&rsquo; compensation case files under attorney supervision</li>
<li>Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys</li>
<li>Track deadlines, appointments, and case progress to ensure timely movement of files</li>
<li>Request, review, and organize medical records and documentation</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and file records</li>
<li>Assist with case strategy preparation and general administrative support</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Minimum <b>1+ year of experience</b> handling Workers&rsquo; Compensation files</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Professional, friendly, and team-oriented demeanor</li>
<li>Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision</li>
<li>Experience with case management software is a plus</li>
