We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager who thrives under pressure, stays highly organized, and goes above and beyond to make clients feel supported. Fluency in Farsi OR Armenian is required.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases with clear liability from start to settlement.</li><li>Deliver outstanding client communication&mdash;keep clients informed, reassured, and satisfied throughout their case.</li><li>Coordinate medical treatment and monitor progress to ensure proper care.</li><li>Handle property damage resolution, including communication with insurance and repair shops.</li><li>Collect, organize, and prepare medical records and bills for demand preparation.</li><li>Maintain accurate, up-to-date case files in case management software for a high-volume caseload.</li><li>Communicate with insurance adjusters to provide updates and resolve issues promptly.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in a personal injury law firm.</li><li>Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of PI processes, medical treatment coordination, and demand preparation.</li><li>Exceptional client service skills&mdash;empathetic, patient, and proactive communicator.</li><li>Fluency in Farsi OR Armenian is a must.</li><li>Proficient in legal case management software Filevine</li><li>Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
