Immigration law firm seeking a Full-Time Receptionist &amp; Entry-Level Paralegal. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and eager to grow within our firm.<ul><li>Primary Receptionist responsibilities include greeting clients in person and over the phone, handling high-volume calls, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, performing data entry, processing payments, making copies, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed. The position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers, and government agencies.</li><li>Secondary responsibilities Entry-Level Paralegal: Preparing and filing immigration documents such as Employment Authorization, record requests to government agencies such as FOIAs and FBI RapSheet, and Immigration Court Filings, etc.</li><li>Entry level paralegals will receive training and work alongside a senior paralegal whom manages the case.</li></ul>The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and a strong desire to grow within our organization. They should be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, multitask efficiently, and communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and government agencies.Any prior immigration experience and customer service experience are considered favorable. However, prior immigration law experience is not required.
