Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Litigation Assistant to join Eisenberg Law Group. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research and writing skills, along with a solid understanding of litigation processes. This role involves managing various aspects of litigation cases, providing support to senior attorneys, and ensuring that all documentation is meticulously organized and filed. The Litigation Assistant will play a crucial role in the preparation and execution of legal strategies.Duties<ul><li>Managing Attorneys' calendars</li><li>Coordinating depositions with clients and defense</li><li>Checking and confirming with court dockets to confirm upcoming hearings and events</li><li>Confirming upcoming depositions and examinations with defense</li><li>Filing Case Management Conference statements</li><li>E-filing documents and serving documents</li><li>Manage legal case files and ensure all documents are accurately filed</li><li>Conduct thorough legal research</li><li>Maintain organized records of all case-related documentation and correspondence.</li><li>Participate in project management activities to ensure timely completion of litigation tasks.</li><li>Provide executive administrative support as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience in litigation or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the capability to work independently as well as part of a team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $27.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Profit sharing</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Calabasas, CA 91302 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
