We&rsquo;re seeking a Legal Assistant with experience in estate planning to join our team and support our attorneys in delivering high-quality legal services. This position involves communicating with client and others over the telephone and candidates should have a strong background in customer service.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Draft and review estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.</li><li>Communicate with clients to gather information, schedule appointments, and provide updates.</li><li>Organize and maintain client files and case documentation.</li><li>Assist with document execution and follow-up tasks.</li><li>Provide administrative support to attorneys and ensure deadlines are met.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in estate planning or a Law Student with past customer service experience.</li><li>Must have great people and communication skills both verbal and written.</li><li>Strong understanding of estate planning terminology</li><li>High attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Health insurance.</li><li>Paid time off and holidays.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
