Responsibilities include the ability to:&middot; Draft correspondence, letters to clients, letters to medical providers, etc. and legal documents, including pleadings.&middot; Gather, organize, and maintain legal documents, files, and serve documents and pleadings with various courts and opposing counsel.&middot; Perform a variety of administrative tasks including filing paperwork, answering telephones, open client files on the computer and paper files, scan documents, check emails daily, and handling calendaring.&middot; Understand legal language and principles, research methods, court pleadings and processes, and other related matters.&middot; Excell at interpersonal and customer service skills.&middot; Excell at organizational skills and attention to deal.&middot; Excell at time management with a proven ability to meet deadlines.&middot; Function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.&middot; Maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion and good judgment.&middot; Excell at Microsoft Office or related software.Healthcare benefits, paid vacation and participation in 401K plan all available upon probationary period and/or vesting.
