Please submit resumes and cover letters through Indeed (no calls or emails please).Responsibilities:<ul><li>Work closely with the owner to develop and maintain programs that reinforce the marketing priorities for the Firm.</li><li>Develop and maintain social media strategies on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube , etc.) to increase followers, engagement, and new clients.</li><li>Manage and develop the firms ongoing community outreach programs.</li><li>Ensure marketing communications are coordinated and organized, including the development and distribution of all direct marketing materials and enduring all project deadlines are met.</li><li>Works with firm owner on formulating an individual business development plan</li><li>Work closely with firms SEO/marketing company to ensure their services are being fully utilized.</li><li>Work closely with firms digital marketing vendors to ensure their services are being fully utilized.</li><li>Maintain and update firms promotional materials and website content.</li><li>Draft a monthly newsletter, email campaign and publish content via Mailchimp.</li><li>Tracking and reporting on marketing metrics and making changes if needed.</li><li>Managing the firm&rsquo;s online presence, including reputation management, website updates and reviews.</li><li>Coordinating email communication using Mailchimp.</li><li>Arranging meetups with professionals to build and build the firms referral network.</li><li>Work with intake manger on tracking leads from various lead sources.</li><li>Handle overflow intake calls.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior personal injury or law firm experience not required but a big plus.</li><li>Ability to work in a positive manner with a variety of individuals in a team environment and one on one.</li><li>Good communication skills required.</li><li>Prior marketing and or intake experience is a big plus.</li><li>Knowledgeable and able to cultivate a community through social media platforms including: Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram etc.</li><li>Self-starter who can effectively plan, prioritize, and track tasks that need to be completed with little direction or oversight.</li><li>Avid learner. You need to be comfortable learning new technology and proactively keeping up on marketing trends.</li><li>Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems.</li><li>Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.</li><li>Photography and videographer experience not required but a big plus.</li><li>Experience managing google paid search not requested but also a big plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000 -$62,000+ per year commensurate with experience.
