Guided by our core values of compassion, gratitude, and empathy, we help clients rebuild their lives after serious accidents while maintaining a supportive, collaborative workplace.Position Overview We&rsquo;re seeking a Marketing Manager to own day-to-day marketing execution, vendor management, social media marketing, short-form video content, and marketing event coordination. This is an individual-contributor role. You will work closely with the Founding Attorney, Managing Attorney, and Firm Administrator, and coordinate with outside partners (PPC, LSA, SEO, and media agencies) to enhance our online presence, manage social channels, and drive high-quality case growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that support firm growth and reputation</li><li>Plan, create, schedule, and publish social media content (including short videos for YouTube and other platforms) to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness</li><li>Edit and upload video content (testimonials, educational clips, firm highlights) for YouTube and social channels</li><li>Collaborate with vendors to manage PPC, LSA, SEO, and media campaigns, keeping costs within budget</li><li>Monitor and report on KPIs (case leads, referral mix, cost per case, organic traffic, Google reviews, social media growth)</li><li>Optimize website performance and user experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.)</li><li>Prepare monthly and bi-weekly marketing reports for leadership meetings</li><li>Monitor online reviews, draft thoughtful responses, and amplify positive feedback</li><li>Support email marketing, local sponsorships, backlink acquisition, and other promotional initiatives</li><li>Stay current with marketing trends (including AI tools, video formats, and social best practices) and recommend improvements</li><li>Plan and coordinate marketing events</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of marketing experience (agency or professional services experience a plus)</li><li>Hands-on experience in social media marketing and short-video creation/editing (YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Strong understanding of digital channels, SEO, PPC, LSA, analytics, and content strategy</li><li>Ability to read KPIs and translate insights into action</li><li>Experience coordinating external vendors and managing budgets</li><li>Excellent communication and organization skills; comfortable presenting to leadership</li><li>Proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to build processes and infrastructure</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Base salary: $90,000 (DOE)</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>PTO, paid holidays</li><li>401(k) with employer contribution</li></ul>How to Apply Submit your cover letter and resume to Vivian@dubinlawoffice.com with the subject line: Marketing Manager &ndash; [Your Name]Job Type: Full-timePay: From $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Seattle, WA 98103
