This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering a positive experience to all visitors and colleagues.Responsibilities- Provide a warm welcome to all visitors, guests, and clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their stay. - Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general administrative tasks. - Coordinate projects and provide organizational support to the office team. - Perform clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. - Offer exceptional customer service, addressing any queries or concerns promptly and professionally. - Maintain the office's cleanliness and organization, ensuring a welcoming and productive environment. - Use proofreading skills to review documents and ensure accuracy and attention to detail. - Serve as a personal assistant to the management team, supporting with tasks and projects as needed. - Utilize office management skills to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory. - Provide support with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.Skills- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Experience in office management and coordination. - Proven proofreading skills with attention to detail. - Familiarity with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. - Strong clerical skills with the ability to handle tasks efficiently and accurately. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Experience in project coordination and personal assistant roles.- Fluent in Spanish and EnglishJob Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>8 hour shift</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Santa Ana, CA 92701 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Santa Ana, CA 92701: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
