Overview Join our dynamic personal injury law firm as a Part-Time Law Clerk, where your legal skills and enthusiasm will contribute to impactful casework and client support.Duties<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive legal research in personal injury law using Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research tools.</li><li>Experience in drafting legal documents including pleadings, , discovery requests, and correspondence with precision and clarity. Must have extensive experience in discovery matters , such as propounding and responding to discovery with expertise in Word.</li><li>Provide administrative support through filing, organizing case files, handling phone inquiries professionally, and maintaining overall office organization.</li><li>Qualifications</li><li>Prior paralegal or legal secretarial skills.. Minimum 3 years experience in a PI firm or defense firm. We are looking for personal injury experience only.</li><li>Excellent writing skills with attention to detail in drafting legal documents and correspondence.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently</li><li>Effective communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for client interactions.</li><li>Proficiency in document review, proofreading, transcription, data entry, filing systems, and general clerical tasks.</li></ul>Pay: $26.41 - $40.00 per hourWork Location: In person
