Nelson and Kennard, an established and growing Sacramento based law firm is looking for an eager and ambitious Transfer Agent to join our growing team! This individual will contact consumers on behalf of our clients to start the resolution process of recovering delinquencies. The work will be performed in a fast paced, high-volume environment. The candidate will receive thorough training and resources to succeed in this position with the goal of promoting into higher level account resolution positions. We are seeking enthusiastic, goal-driven, long term individuals who are passionate, take pride in their work and have the desire to succeed. Sales, call center, dispatching, collections, retail, food service or other customer service experience is a plus. This is an onsite position at our McClellan office (Sacramento area near Watt Ave and Peacekeeper Way).This position starts at $17.00 per hour, with the opportunity to get to $19.00 per hour within the first 6 months.
