Job Overview As a Paralegal at our law office, you will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys with legal research, case preparation, and administrative tasks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment and contribute to the success of our clients' cases.Duties - Conduct legal research using tools such as MyCase, Law Pay and SmokeBall. - Draft legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings - Assist in case preparation for litigation - Maintain and organize legal files and documents - Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel - Prepare discovery documents and responses - Perform administrative tasks to support attorneysQualifications - Proficiency in legal terminology and procedures - Strong proofreading and writing skills - Knowledge of Workers Compensation Law is a plus - Experience with legal case management software. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Previous experience working in a law office or related field is preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
