<b>Legal Assistant
</b><br>

We&rsquo;re currently seeking a full-time entry-level legal assistant to provide our firm&rsquo;s attorneys with administrative support. This is a perfect opportunity for a hard-worker with superior organizational skills, and who is interested in learning and growing in a fast-paced work environment.<br>

<b><i>Candidates should be currently based in Tennessee to be considered for this role.</i></b></div><br>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Assisting the firm&rsquo;s attorneys &amp; paralegals in managing a high volume of litigation matters</li>
<li>Communication with clients</li>
<li>Administrative responsibilities such as scanning, organizing, and recordkeeping</li>
<li>Assist with incoming and outbound mail</li>
<li>Manage hearing calendars</li></ul><br>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
This is an entry-level position &ndash; prior experience working in a law office is a plus</li>
<li>Must possess superior organizational and time-management skills</li>
<li>Must be computer literate: Ability to easily learn &amp; utilize the firm&rsquo;s client software database</li>
<li>Highest ethical standards and professional integrity</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and outside parties</li>
<li>Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus</li></ul><br>
