<b>Legal Customer Service Representative</b><br>
</div><div>We&rsquo;re currently seeking a full-time Legal Customer Service Representative with office support experience to support our attorneys in litigation-related matters and also to provide administrative support to the office staff. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, and is willing to take on a heavy workload. This is a perfect opportunity for a hard worker who is interested in a friendly yet fast-paced environment.</div><br>

Key Responsibilities</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li><b>
Manage a high-volume of client interactions within a structured call center environment.</b></li>
<li>Use of Sales<i>f</i>orce CRM software to facilitate the process of responding to clients concerns via phone.</li>
<li>Working with collections agencies via phone to obtain documentation of settlements.</li>
<li>Reviewing documents sent to our office by both clients and collections agencies and ensuring they meet certain criteria.</li>
<li>Uploading these documents to our system.</li>
<li>Other ad hoc tasks as needed.</li></ul><br>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Minimum of 1-year office support experience</li>
<li>Possess superior organizational and time-management skills</li>
<li>Must be computer literate: Ability to easily learn the Firm&rsquo;s case management software</li>
<li>Highest ethical standards and professional integrity</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and outside parties</li>
<li>Fluent in Spanish a plus</li>
<li>Experience with Salesforce a plus</li></ul><br>
