This role is vital in supporting the efficient intake process for various legal cases and client interactions. The Intake Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between clients and attorneys, managing case documentation, and supporting overall office operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in the legal field. Willing to learn new things!Responsibilities:<ul><li>Client Intake of auto crash cases, setting up claims with 1P and 3P, sending LOR, finalizing liability and coverage; policy coverage checks; finalizing property damage claims</li><li>Setting up treatment, sending LOP, and case management of treatment, requesting all records and bills, preparing demands, and sending reduction requests.</li><li>Research and analyze documents.</li><li>Draft legal documents.</li><li>Maintain client files and databases.</li><li>Manage calendars.</li><li>Prepare correspondence to clients and other parties involved in the case.</li><li>Organize and maintain legal documents and files.</li><li>Willing to learn and grow with the firm!</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:<ul><li>Monday to Friday</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Houston, TX 77014: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>1 year personal injury intake to demand experience preferred</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timeAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Houston, TX 77014 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Houston, TX 77014: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekAbility to Commute:<ul><li>Houston, TX 77014 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Houston, TX 77014: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
