Nationwide, Civil Defense Litigation Law Firm, practicing in various areas of law, is in need of an Experienced Paralegal to join the firm. If you are a Paralegal with experience in Civil Litigation, preferably have experience in Bodily Injury defense and/or Premise Liability defense law, we would like to talk to you. (This position can be HYBRID after the first 30 days.) 
 
Requirements: 
 
<ul><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Civil Litigation Paralegal</li><li>Be able to work with little supervision</li><li>Possess Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Knowledge of Local Rules of Civil Procedure</li><li>E-filing Experience</li></ul>
 
Duties: 
 
<ul><li>Assisting one Attorney with his/her caseload</li><li>Assisting in Case Management and 16.1 disclosures</li><li>Working with Clients and opposing counsel</li><li>Calendaring and scheduling</li><li>Prepare pleadings and handling incoming and outgoing discovery</li><li>E-filing in both State and Federal Courts</li><li>Billing your Hours (1600 per year)</li></ul>
 
Benefits: 
 
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday and can be HYBRID after the first month. We are centrally located in Las Vegas, provide excellent benefits with 100% employer paid health insurance and a paid Life Insurance policy. Vision and Dental &ndash; we pay 50%. We offer a competitive salary based on your experience ($60-90K).
