About the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer with an inclination towards Meta Ads who can take full ownership of paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and YouTube. You&rsquo;ll strategise, execute, and optimise high-performing ad campaigns to drive measurable ROI and growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, execute, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across multiple objectives &mdash; awareness, acquisition, lead generation and remarketing.</li><li>Oversee &amp; manage Google Search, Display &amp; YouTube Ads &mdash; driving traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.</li><li>Continuously optimise campaigns for performance metrics (CPC, CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc.) using data insights.</li><li>Collaborate with design/content teams to develop creative, high-converting ad assets.</li><li>Run A/B tests and performance experiments to refine audience targeting and messaging.</li><li>Manage end-to-end performance tracking and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.</li></ul>Requirements&#9989; Must-have:<ul><li>3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads at a mid-large scale budget (&#8377;30L+/month).</li><li>Solid understanding of Data tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, CRM &amp; Meta Ads Manager.</li><li>Up to 1 year of experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and data tracking through Google Ads.</li><li>Proven track record of hitting ROAS/CAC targets through data-backed optimisation.</li></ul>&#9989; Good-to-have:<ul><li>Experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)</li><li>Experience in Ed-tech, E-learning or Coaching industry.</li><li>Recognised certifications in Performance or Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent) that show your drive to keep learning.</li></ul>Perks and Impact<ul><li>Work in a 100% remote organisation.
